I have been working with The Robot Whisperer for over 5 years, and each project we have worked on together has felt like a true partnership.
The TRW team has always ensured that they understand what we are trying to accomplish ahead of starting a project, and continually work to improve our processes to suit our needs in the lab.
They recently helped us to develop a very complex automated cell-based assay which took a lot of troubleshooting and innovation to get working, and they took this challenge head-on.
Due to their perseverance, we have now been able to successfully analyze a full set of clinical trial patient samples using this method, which has proven to be extremely robust and can now be modified or used in the future for similar applications.
We are very thankful to have the support of TRW for all of our automation needs!
